Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using zoozhi.com and any services offered by Viventur Technologies Private Limited ("Zoozhi", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services. You must be at least 18 years of age to create a Zoozhi account. By using our platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Your Zoozhi Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep your information updated. Zoozhi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false or misleading information is provided, or where account security is compromised. Notify us immediately at admin@zoozhi.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
Booking Experiences
When you book an experience on Zoozhi, you enter into a direct agreement with the verified host for that experience. Zoozhi acts as the marketplace platform and is not a party to that agreement. All bookings are subject to availability. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read the experience description, schedule, and applicable policies before purchasing. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payments
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our payment partner. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions. Zoozhi does not store your card or bank account details. Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Receipts are sent to your registered email address within 24 hours of a successful transaction.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel a booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled session start time for a full refund to your original payment method. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the session start time are not eligible for a refund. Where a host cancels a confirmed booking, you will receive a full refund automatically. Host Conduct and Verified Status
All Zoozhi hosts are verified before they can list experiences on the platform. Verification includes credential checks, experience quality assessment, and an onboarding walkthrough. The Zoozhi Verified badge indicates that a host has passed our review at the time of onboarding. While we make every effort to maintain the quality of our host network, Zoozhi does not guarantee the outcome of any specific experience. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Zoozhi platform to: (a) book experiences with no intention of attending; (b) harass, abuse, or threaten hosts or other users; (c) post false or misleading reviews; (d) attempt to book directly with hosts outside the platform in violation of our Partner Agreement; (e) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform; or (f) engage in any conduct that violates applicable Indian laws or regulations.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Zoozhi platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Viventur Technologies Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for its intended purpose. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Zoozhi is a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the experiences provided by hosts, or for any injury, loss, or damage suffered during an experience. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed INR 5,000 (Indian Rupees Five Thousand), or the total fees paid by you to Zoozhi in the three months preceding the claim, whichever is higher.
Privacy
Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at zoozhi.com/privacy to understand how we collect and process your personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify you where required. Your continued use of Zoozhi after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
