Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By accessing or using zoozhi.com or the Zoozhi mobile app, operated by Viventur Technologies Private Limited ("Zoozhi", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to create a Zoozhi account or make payments on the platform. By using Zoozhi, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Your Account & OTP Security
You sign in to Zoozhi with a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered phone number — there is no account password. You are responsible for keeping your phone number and device secure and must never share OTP codes with anyone, including anyone claiming to represent Zoozhi — we will never ask for your OTP. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Provide accurate, current information when registering and keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate accounts where false information is provided or account security is compromised. Notify us immediately at support@zoozhi.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
Our Role: A Marketplace
Zoozhi is a marketplace that helps you discover, book, and pay for experiences and events. The experiences themselves are provided by independent hosts, not by Zoozhi. When you book, you enter into a direct agreement with the host for that experience — Zoozhi facilitates the discovery, booking, and payment, and is not a party to that agreement. Hosts are verified before they can list on the platform, but Zoozhi does not itself deliver the experiences or guarantee the outcome of any specific experience. If a host fails to deliver an experience as described, contact us at support@zoozhi.com.
Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. Before purchasing, please read the experience description, schedule, and the cancellation policy shown on the event page. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, our payment partner — Zoozhi does not store your card, UPI, or bank account details, and by paying you also agree to Razorpay's terms. Prices shown include applicable GST unless otherwise stated, and a platform fee, where charged, is shown before you pay. Payment is due in full at the time of booking, and a GST invoice/receipt is sent to your registered email address.
Cancellations & Refunds
Each experience has its own cancellation policy, shown on the event page before you book — that policy governs whether and when a cancellation is eligible for a refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. If a host cancels a confirmed booking, you receive a full refund. For full details, see our Refund Policy at zoozhi.com/refunds.
User Conduct & Content
You must not use Zoozhi to: (a) book experiences with no intention of attending; (b) harass, abuse, or threaten hosts or other users; (c) post false, misleading, or abusive reviews or content; (d) circumvent the platform by booking directly with hosts in violation of our Partner Agreement; (e) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform; or (f) engage in conduct that violates applicable Indian law. When you post a review or other content, you grant Zoozhi a non-exclusive right to display it on the platform. We may remove reviews or content that are false, abusive, unrelated to a genuine booking, or otherwise violate these Terms.
Account Deletion
You may delete your Zoozhi account at any time — in the mobile app (Profile → Delete account) or by following the steps at zoozhi.com/account/delete. On deletion, your profile is anonymised; booking and financial records are retained in anonymised form as required by Indian fiscal and audit law. Deletion is blocked while you have upcoming confirmed bookings — cancel them first. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Zoozhi platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Viventur Technologies Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for its intended purpose. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our express written permission.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Because Zoozhi is a marketplace, we are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of experiences provided by hosts, or for any injury, loss, or damage suffered during an experience. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed INR 5,000 (Indian Rupees Five Thousand) or the total fees paid by you to Zoozhi in the three months preceding the claim, whichever is higher. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Privacy
Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it at zoozhi.com/privacy to understand how we collect and process your personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify you where required. Your continued use of Zoozhi after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
