Cancellation Timeframes
2 hours or more before the session
Full refund to your original payment method, processed within 5-7 business days
Less than 2 hours before the session
No refund (considered a no-show)
Host Cancellations
If a host cancels a session, contact support and we'll arrange a full refund to your original payment method. We'll also help you find alternative sessions.
How to Request a Refund
Go to 'My Bookings', select the booking you wish to cancel, and click 'Cancel Booking'. If you cancel 2 hours or more before the session starts, the refund to your original payment method is initiated automatically.
Subscription Refunds
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period. Refunds for partial months are not provided.
Disputes
If you believe you're entitled to a refund not covered by this policy (e.g., service not as described), please contact support with details. We review disputes on a case-by-case basis.
